The license was renewed on November 1, 2015. Nordion GCE successfully passed a compliance inspection from the CNSC. October 15, 2015. Nordion decommissioned Gammacell 220 and Gammacell 1000. - • The Nordion GCE held a general information event on its irradiation activities at the INRS Campus on May 19th, 2016, as required by the CNSC for the public information disclosure program.
