We are proud to share with you our Global Code of Conduct (the “Code”), which outlines the principles under which we conduct business. Our Company is committed to operating with the highest level of ethical standards, delivering on our promises, and protecting our assets and reputation in a rapidly changing global environment. This Code is the embodiment of that commitment. Our Code was issued effective December 2017 and is amended annually, as needed, to address changing laws or regulations that impact our business. Our Board of Directors approved an update to the Code, effective November 19, 2020. The update includes changes to make the Code consistent with laws and regulations that apply to us as a company whose stock is publicly traded.
We review our compliance programs on a regular basis to assess and align them with emerging trends and business practices, and we continue to enhance our compliance efforts to reflect the integrity of who we are and what we do.
